Slice chicken breasts into thin strips. Place in a bowl and add 4 tsp soy sauce, 1
tbsp cornstarch, and black pepper.
Ina small bowl mix remaining soy sauce,2 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp water. Set aside
Heat a wok on high. Add 1 tbsp oil to wok, add chicken strips and cook in batches till lightly golden and chicken is cooked. Put on a plate and repeat till all chicken is cooked.
Add 2 tbsp oil to wok cook sliced onion & capsicum cook for 1 min, add chicken strips, add soy mix, chilli flakes and cook till slightly thickened. Serve with rice. Serves 4
