Bean sprout stir fry

Servings 2 serves

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams bean sprouts
  • 100 grams shallots cut into 5cm lengths
  • 200 grams sliced pork
  • 2 carrots thin sticks
  • 2 tbsp oil vegetable, olive, your choice
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Coat pork in sesame oil.
  • In a fry pan or wok add oil and stir fry pork until golden.
  • Add all vegetables and stir fry for 3 minutes. Season to taste and serve.

This is a quick meal to make during the week.
