  • 2.5 cups self raising flour
  • 1 cup pumpkin mashed
  • 55 grams butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk


  • Beat butter until soft, then add sugar. Mix in pumpkin and egg. Add milk, then slowly add flour. Turn dough on to a floured board and knead. Roll out and cut into small circles. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. bake at 200C for 15 minutes.


I made larger scones and got 9 large out of this recipe.
