I have just got a new air fryer. So I tried this dish for fried pork chops. I like the idea of not using any oil for this dish . I am by no means an expert with an air fryer, but I am eager to try out as many dishes .

Ingredients
4 pork chops
2 tsp chipotle seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix together. Take a chop at a time and coat in the dry rub on both sides. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you can also cut chops in half .
Once all coated leave to rest for 20 minutes. - Checking the right temperature setting on your air fryer. Set temperature to 200C and timer for 5 minutes to preheat.
- Once preheated lay pork pieces into the fry basket evenly. Put the fry basket with the pot back in the appliance . Set timer for 8-10 minutes. Cooking will depend on the thickness of your chops.
Open and turn over the chops. Reduce the temperature to 150C and bake for 10 minutes.
