These potato flavoured bread rolls are a nice change to have with your mid week meal.

Ingredients

  • 50 grams mashed potato, boiled

  • 275 grams bread flour

  • 30 grams caster sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp instant yeast

  • 80 mls warm milk

  • 30 grams unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  • Mix the first 4 ingredients all together in a large bowl.
  • Add yeast mixture to the dry ingredients in the bowl. Mix with your hands until it forms a dough. Knead for 5 minutes until a smooth dough. Rest in a bowl for 60 minutes.
