Potato Bread Rolls
These potato flavoured bread rolls are a nice change to have with your mid week meal.
- 50 grams mashed potato, boiled
- 275 grams bread flour
- 30 grams caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 80 mls warm milk
- 30 grams unsalted butter, melted
- Mix the first 4 ingredients all together in a large bowl.
- Add yeast mixture to the dry ingredients in the bowl. Mix with your hands until it forms a dough. Knead for 5 minutes until a smooth dough. Rest in a bowl for 60 minutes.
