Chocolate Chip Cookies with Macadamia Nuts and Apricots



        INGREDIENTS

        125g butter, softened

        ½ cup caster sugar
        225g self-raising flour

        200g choc bits
        125ml condensed milk

        ¾ cup macadamia nuts, chopped roughly
        1/3 cup dries apricots, chopped finely



        METHOD

        Pre-heated oven 140C.


        Cream butter and sugar till they are both light and thoroughly mixed.

        Add condensed milk to butter mix, mix through till combined, then add flour mix

        again then add choc chips then macadamia nuts and apricots.

        Roll mix in a cylinder, wrap in glad wrap and refrigerate.  Cut when you want to

        bake.

        Cook for 10-15 minutes.  Space them well apart as they will spread.
