Pre heat oven to 200C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until all ingredients are combined, and mixed well.
Lay pastry out on a lightly floured surface. Make a long log with the sausage mixture. Fold over the pastry, cut the pastry and wet the edge and fold over to seal the filling. Repeat with the rest of the filling and pastry. Prick the top of the sausage rolls. Can either leave them long or cut into small rolls.
