Place half the oats in a food processor. Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Pulse until oats are finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the remaining oats, coconut and raisins and choc bits. Whisk maple syrup, butter, egg and vanilla extract together , in a jug. Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and stir until well combined. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
Pre heat oven to 170 C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Roll dough into golf sized balls and slightly flatten with a spoon. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden. Cool for 10 minutes.
