Cut chicken into small 1 “ pieces and then use half of then use half of the flour and coat chicken in flour making sure you shake off excess.
Use other half of the flour and add half of the Cajun mix and mix than add the egg and mix till combined add some milk to make a smooth batter, not too runny enough for the batter to stick to the chicken. Heat oil in a pan to medium heat and cook chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes or until a golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
