Lamb Koftas

Nothing beats the smell and tastes of Middle Eastern food. I am always looking for different recipes for koftas. This recipe I found on a site Recipe tin eats. I was intrigued and thought I would try this recipe. This has a nice amount of spices which I had in the pantry. I made these kofta without the use of skewers, and made them into bite sized cylinder shape.
