Ingredients
220 grams all purpose flour
100 grams brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
130 grams chocolate chips
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175C.
In a large bowl stir, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mash the bananas, add sugar and stir until combined, add oil, milk, egg, vanilla and whisk until well combined.
Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until incorporated. Add chocolate chips and stir.
Divide between 12 muffin cups. Bake for 17-20 minutes.
