Ingredients

bean sprouts

shallots
cut into 5cm lengths

grams
sliced pork
2
carrots
thin sticks

tbsp
oil
vegetable, olive, your choice
2
tsp
sesame oil
salt & pepper
Instructions
Coat pork in sesame oil.
In a fry pan or wok add oil and stir fry pork until golden.
Add all vegetables and stir fry for 3 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
