Rosemary Potato Fritters
Ingredients
- 3 potatoes grated
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oil
- pinch salt & pepper
Instructions
- Grate potato and in a clean tea towel, squeeze out starch from potatoes. Put into a clean bowl and add onion, rosemary, egg and salt & pepper. Mix all together.
- In a fry pan add oil on medium heat. Put 3 spoonfuls in pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until golden. Flip and cook other side. Drain on paper towel. Can add any type of accompaniment you want or just have them by them selves. Should make 8 fritters.
Notes
This recipe for two people, but you can add more potato for more people.
