Pre-heat oven to180C. Grease and line a lamington tin with baking paper.
Heat a medium fry pan over medium heat. Add onion and bacon and capsicum and cook until onion is soft.
Blanch beans in a pan of boiling water for 3 minutes and then cool in running cold water, set aside and then cut.
In another bowl add flour, zucchini, sweet potato, cheese and beans. Add bacon mix to dry ingredients and stir well till all combined.
Whisk the eggs & milk and oil. Add to the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Season. Pour mix into prepared tin and bake in oven for 45 minutes.
Serve at room temperature with a mixed salad.
