Ingredients
50 grams mashed potato, boiled
275 grams bread flour
30 grams caster sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
80 mls warm milk
30 grams unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
Mix the first 4 ingredients all together in a large bowl.
Add yeast mixture to the dry ingredients in the bowl. Mix with your hands until it forms a dough. Knead for 5 minutes until a smooth dough. Rest in a bowl for 60 minutes.
