Chocolate Ice cream
This is for an ice cream machine.
- 2/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Place cocoa and sugars in a bowl. Stir with a whisk to combine, Add the milk and mix with a hand mixer until sugars are dissolved. Stir in the cream and vanilla. Pour mix into ice cream maker and churn for 30 minutes. Churn time will vary depending on the type of ice cream machine.
