Hamburger Patties(Home made)
Ingredients
- 500 grams lamb mince
- 500 grams veal mince can use beef too
- 1 french onion soup mix packet
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 med onion chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup flour roll in flour and shake of excess
- 2 tbsp oil for cooking
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Roll out medium sized patties dust the patties in the flour and shake off excess flour. Make 10-12 patties. Cook in a hot pan with oil and cook for 3-4 minutes turn over cook other side until pattie is cooked. You can eat the patties in a burger bun with lettuce, sliced tomato, beet root, cheese and tom or bbq sauce. Or you could eat patties with vegetables or a salad.
