Peach and Strawberry cake


                                                       Ingredients


                                           3-4 peach slices, can be fresh or tinned

                                           ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced in half

                                                      1 tsp cinnamon

                                                 125gram butter, softened

                                                     1 cup raw sugar

                                                          2 eggs

                                                        1 cup flour


                                                   1 tsp baking powder

                                                    Icing sugar to dust



                                                       Directions


                                                   Pre-heat oven 180C.

                                          Grease and line a 20 cm round cake tin.

                                         Cream the butter sugar until pale and fluffy.

                                   Beat in the eggs one at a time until mixture is combined.

                                                Mix in sifted dry ingredients.

                                      Pour batter into prepared tin, arrange fruit on top.


                                                 Bake for 45-50 minutes.

                             Dust with icing sugar and served with plain yoghurt or whipped cream.
