In a deep non stick frying pan add oil and cook chicken pieces, until cooked.
In the same pan add kransky, onion, sweet potato, potato , cook for 10 minutes, stirring often, till vegetables are softened.
Add corn kernels, harissa spice.
Whisk eggs, cream and parsley together in a bowl. Add cheese and season.
Pour mixture over vegetables and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes or until egg is just set.
Meanwhile pre heat grill on medium. Place pan under grill for 5 minutes or until egg has set and frittata is golden in colour.
Transfer to a plate and serve straight a way.
