Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
These choc chip banana muffins are so soft and moist. You only need a few basic ingredients. So if you love banana and chocolate give these beauties a try.
Ingredients
- 220 grams all purpose flour
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 130 grams chocolate chips
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175C.
- In a large bowl stir, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mash the bananas, add sugar and stir until combined, add oil, milk, egg, vanilla and whisk until well combined.
- Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until incorporated. Add chocolate chips and stir.
- Divide between 12 muffin cups. Bake for 17-20 minutes.
