Nothing beats the smell of apples and blueberry and cinnamon. This is so delicious with icing sugar on top and whipped cream on the side. So good tasting it will make it hard to just have one slice.

Ingredients
150 grams butter, melted
2 cups stewed apples, well drained or canned apple pie
1 cup raw sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sultanas
1/2 cup walnuts
icing sugar to dust
1 cup cream, whipped to add on the side
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 160 C . Line a 20 cm round cake tin lined with baking paper.
- Mix all ingredients together and spoon into the lined cake tin.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until golden and when a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
Leave to cool in the tin for 5 minutes and then transfer to a cake rack to cool slightly. - Serve warm, dusted with icing sugar and whipped cream.
