This dish with sesame pork meatballs and thin rice noodles.

Ingredients
500 grams pork mince
450 grams fresh rice noodles
1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp finely grated ginger
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup chicken stock
bunch broccolini, cut
1 red capscium, chopped
2 carrots, thinly sliced
2 spring onion, sliced on angle for garnish
Directions
- Cook noodles according to packet directions and set aside.
- Place the pork, breadcrumbs, ginger and hoisin sauce in a bowl and mix to combine. Shape tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls and roll in sesame seeds.
- Heat oil in a non stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 6-8 minutes each side or until cooked through. Set aside.
- Wipe out the pan with paper towel and add sesame oil, garlic, capscium, carrot and broccolini and cook for 2 minutes. Add the noodles, oyster sauce, stock and meatballs and toss to heat through.
Divide between bowls and top with spring onion garnish.
