Bean sprout stir fry
- 250 grams bean sprouts
- 100 grams shallots cut into 5cm lengths
- 200 grams sliced pork
- 2 carrots thin sticks
- 2 tbsp oil vegetable, olive, your choice
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- salt & pepper
- Coat pork in sesame oil.
- In a fry pan or wok add oil and stir fry pork until golden.
- Add all vegetables and stir fry for 3 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
This is a quick meal to make during the week.
