Ingredients

  • 250 grams butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 170C. Line 2 baking sheets with baking paper. Spray bottom with non-stick baking spray, this helps the paper stay in place.
  • Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add the condensed milk and beat until pale and smooth. Mix in the vanilla, rolled oats, flour and baking powder, then add the white chocolate and cranberries.
  • Place spoonfuls of mixture on the prepared trays and press flat with a wet fork. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 2-3 minutes on the tray then fully on a wire rack. Store in an air tight container.
