Double chocolate chip Muffins
For those of you who love everything chocolate, these are certainly a recipe for you to try. They are so soft and tasty and full of great tasting gooey chocolate. It will be hard just having one. Give this recipe a try and let me know what you think.
Ingredients
- 1¾ cups plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup caster sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 100 grams melted butter
- ¼ cup chocolate bits, plus extra for putting on top
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 200C Line a 12 hole cupcake pan with cupcake wrappers
- In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients, then pour into dry ingredients. Add ¼ cup choc bits and mix quickly.
- Pour into greased muffin tin about 2/3 full, then sprinkle more choc bits on top. Bake for 15 minutes.
