Pre heat oven to 200 C
Sift dry ingredients, then make a well in the centre. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients, then pour into dry ingredients. Add ¼ cup choc bits and mix quickly. Pour into greased muffin tin then sprinkle more choc bits on top. Bake for 15 minutes.
