Pre-heat oven 180C. Grease and line a 20 cm round cake tin.Cream the butter sugar until pale and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time until mixture is combined.Mix in sifted dry ingredients. Pour batter into prepared tin, arrange fruit on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and served with plain yoghurt or whipped cream.
