White Chocolate & Cranberries Biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 1⅔ cup plain flour
  • tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup white chocolate bits
  • 150 grams butter melted
  • 1 egg lightly beaten

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven 180 C/160 C fan. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  • Sift flour and baking soda. Add sugar, coconut, cranberries, white chocolate. Melt butter and allow to cool. Lightly beat egg.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry mix and mix till combined. Roll tablespoon sized balls and space them 5cm apart.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden. Cool on trays for 5 minutes.
    Transfer onto a wire rack to cool completely
