White Chocolate & Cranberries Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1⅔ cup plain flour
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup white chocolate bits
- 150 grams butter melted
- 1 egg lightly beaten
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven 180 C/160 C fan. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Sift flour and baking soda. Add sugar, coconut, cranberries, white chocolate. Melt butter and allow to cool. Lightly beat egg.
- Add wet ingredients to dry mix and mix till combined. Roll tablespoon sized balls and space them 5cm apart.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden. Cool on trays for 5 minutes. Transfer onto a wire rack to cool completely
