Chicken & prawn curry
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts chopped into chunks
- 1 cup raw prawns
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 red capsicum chopped
- 3 tbsp korma paste
- 1 tin coconut milk
- oil for cooking
- 1 zucchini chopped
- 1 carrot sliced thinly
- coriander leaves for garnish
- 1 spring onion chopped in small slices
Instructions
- Large deep pan add 2tsp oil and cook onion & spring onion until onion is soft. Add korma paste and mix cook for 1minute. Add chicken cook till pink no more. Add diced veg and cook till soft. Add coconut milk mix till combined, add prawns cook for 5-10 minutes till chicken & prawns are cooked. Can be served with rice and coriander.
