Pumpkin Scones
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup pumpkin mashed
- 55 grams butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Beat butter until soft, then add sugar. Mix in pumpkin and egg. Add milk, then slowly add flour. Turn dough on to a floured board and knead. Roll out and cut into small circles. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
Notes
I made larger scones and got 9 large out of this recipe.
