Potato Bread Rolls

These potato flavoured bread rolls are a nice change to have with your mid week meal.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
1 hour 5 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 40 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 50 grams mashed potato, boiled
  • 275 grams bread flour
  • 30 grams caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 80 ml warm milk
  • 30 grams unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Mix the first 4 ingredients all together in a large bowl.
  • Add yeast mixture to the dry ingredients in the bowl. Mix with your hands until it forms a dough.
  • Knead for 5 minutes until a smooth dough. Rest in a bowl for 60 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Take dough from bowl and form into rolls.
    Bake for 20-30 minutes.
