Red wine jelly cheesecake tart
A cheesecake with a red wine jelly and a lovely spiced gingernut base is well balanced and creamy tasting. With the addition of the cheeries and blackberries, this cheesecake is not overly sweet and to me is a good combination of sweet and tarty.
